DISCLAIMER: There will be some story spoilers in the mission summaries.

The missions are given to the players by Martin Madrazo, a powerful business man, that tasks the players to assassinate some targets in different locations all over the map. Most mission involve a driving part around 5km and only have one target to be eliminated.

1. Dispatch 6

The players each have to eliminate a police officer that was affiliated with Madrazo and is transported in an armored truck. The trucks are protected by police cruisers.

This mission was the easiest of all as you just have to drive towards the vehicle convoy, take out a weapon of your choice and make quick work of the targets.

2. Dispatch 3

The players have to eliminate a translator that has interacted with Madrazo in the past. The IAA is preparing to transport him with a armored plane from LSIA. After arriving there you can either stealthy eliminate the target or wait for them to enter the plane and use rocket launchers to deal with the plane. Another option would be to steal one of the two jets that are situated inside the hangar to take out the plane mid-air.

All in all a very cool mission as the way to get there is pretty fast and you don’t have to do much to complete the mission. In addition to that you can also practice your flying skills.

3. Dispatch 4

Madrazo tasks the players to eliminate one of his dealers that is meeting with a rival gang at the recycling plant in La Puerta. After arriving at the plant you’ll have to take out multiple enemies outside and some more inside, while making your way up towards the room with the target.

This mission offers a cool environment to actually use a shotgun as the rooms are pretty small. The only annoying part is the fact, that you most likely parked your car near the open stairs at the marked point on the map and you’ll have to walk the whole way back there, as the target is situated at the complete opposite side of the building. So maybe think about moving your cars to the front of the recycling plant.

4. Dispatch 1

The players are tasked to take out one of Madrazo’s friends as he’s afraid of them cooperating with the police. You’ll have to enter the Mission Row Police Station in the middle of Los Santos to find the target. After eliminating all the police officers inside and getting in the prison area, you’ll have to open a door to get to the target and escape either through the front door or with a helicopter on the roof of the station.

The mission’s end is pretty annoying as fleeing the station with a car can be quite hard because there’s lots of police waiting outside. Another problem we ran into when first playing this mission was to actually find the prison cell the target is held in.

5. Dispatch 2

Madrazo tasks the players to infiltrate the Merryweather headquarters on Elysian Island to take out an undercover FIB agent that wants to buy some records. You can get to the office where the meeting is taking place in stealth mode or shoot your way through the security guards. After eliminating the target you can either go out the same way you entered the building or make a spectacular escape with a helicopter. Either way you’ll have to fight security that was alarmed.

From our experience it’s pretty annoying to get to the office in stealth as the guards most of the time spot you when entering the building. Finding a simple entrance is also pretty hard. We would recommend either taking the boat on the right side of the building and traveling to the back or just swimming around to the nearest ladder on the left side.

6. Dispatch 5

Madrazo orders the players to take out 5 targets of a crew that is laying low between jobs. Multiple helicopters are provided to travel across and around the map. You have 7 minutes to eliminate the last 4 targets once you got the first one.

This mission was a pain in the a** to play solo because you don’t have much time and one of the targets is located on top of a building. Also if you’re not good at flying helicopters this isn’t the mission for you. I would recommend playing this with 2 or more players to actually have a chance a completing it or checking out the locations prior on the Fandom Wiki site.

Conclusion

As the missions only reward up to, and sometimes even less than, 20000$ we don’t recommend doing them as a way to grind money but more as a fun experience with friends.

The missions are given to you by Dax, the leader of the Fooliganz gang. You can find their HQ, the Freakshop, at the yellow D near the east highway of Los Santos after completing the first mission in the First Dose series. You as a player are working with the Fooliganz to fight against a group of rival drug producers. Dax also offers some other variable, repeatable missions that reward 50.000$.

If you play through the missions chronologically this is the correct order:

• Last Dose 3 – Friedmind
• Last Dose 4 – Checking In
• Last Dose 5 – BDKD

1. Last Dose 5 – BDKD

This is the final mission of the series. The players are flying a plane towards the LSIA (airport in the city) with the goal to steal goods from Friedlander cargo plane mid air. After you’ve successfully taken over the plane you’ll have to land it at the Sandy Shores airfield. After landing and while loading the goods into a truck you are confronted with police forces arriving and need to hold the position for a while. The mission ends with a chase over the highway back to the Freakshop.

I really enjoyed this mission because of this typical GTA unrealistic way to get something done. Flying such a huge cargo plane was also a nice challenge but I can imagine this can be annoying if you aren’t used to flying in GTA. All in all a nice way to end this mission series.

2. Last Dose 1 – This is an Intervention

The players joins Dax and Labrat, a psychedelics researcher working for Dax, who are having an argument over the drugged state Labrat is currently in when a group of white suited man kidnap Labrat and escape. The players have to fight of multiple waves of enemies on foot, in cars and even in helicopters to complete the mission.

This mission is pretty simple and also fun to complete as you can train your aiming skills and it can be completed pretty fast if you played it multiple times and know where and when the enemies appear.

3. Last Dose 4 – Checking In

Dax sends the player to a rehabilitation center where Isiah Friedlander is testing his new drug. The players have to fight against a few enemies alongside their Fooliganz friends. After defeating all of the enemies and opening the door to the center they are hit with a wave of drugged gas. You experience a drug trip and have to fight against 4 waves of enemies.

The mission is very similar to the first one as you’ll just have to drive to a destination and eliminate targets. During the drug trip part it was harder to hit enemies as the gun was very shaky and it was hard to hit. Other than that I would say the trip was more enjoyable than the one in the first series of missions.

4. Last Dose 3 – Friedmind

The players use the keycard from the last mission to access the FriedMind HQ. You first need to search for clues of Labrats position and are then guided towards the basement. Throughout the HQ you’ll have to deal with security. They find Labrat in the basement but are stopped by Isiah Friedlander, the leader of FriedMind before escaping. After a little cutscene the players need to escape in a stolen car back to the Freakshop.

This mission was cool because you can even complete some parts in stealth. The cutscene was well made and the escape at the end was actually pretty easy as you can avoid most of the fighting.

5. Last Dose 2 – Unusual Suspects

After Labrat was kidnapped, Dax tasks the player to find clues about his location. Dax first gives the players 2 locations where they should interrogate two low-level group leaders to get clues. As neither of them know more about the whereabouts of Labrat, Dax decides to target a higher level Hippy Boss. This time the players are guided towards a warehouse on Elysian Island. There they need to search for 5 clues while defending themselves against enemies. The clues show that the FriedMind Pharmaceutical Corporation is responsible for taking Labrat. The players steal a keycard that is used in the next mission.

I don’t like the concept of having to complete 2 events that are basically pointless. The whole mission took way longer than for instance the first one and the payout sadly doesn’t represent this. I did like the little minigame when the players are hacking the door of the warehouse.

Conclusion

Each mission pays around 20k for completing it on normal difficulty. For some of them this is definitely worth it (the first one for instance can be completed in around 5 minutes if you are playing with a 4 player squad.

The missions are defenitely worth a first playthrough as you a receive a 100k bonus for each mission you complete for the first time (so around 600k for completing all missions). The Freakshop in itself is also worth a look as it offers a weapon shop that is free to use. In addition to that you can also claim the Friedlander’s sportscar, an Ocelot Virtue, after completing the final mission.

As we have only completed the First Dose missions and not yet the Last Dose series, we are unable to replay the missions I didn’t take screenshots of. Please excuse the lack of impressions for some of them.

1. First Dose 6 – Off the Rails

You have to steal precursor chemicals from Humane Labs and Research in order to start producing LSD. While collecting supplies Dax notices, that there is a train with more chemicals on the way. The player is tasked to let the train crash by flipping a railway switch. After that you’ll have to collect more chemicals and finally have to take a Brickade 6×6 to the Freak Shop.

I really enjoyed this mission as it offers a pretty amazing ending to the first half of the Drug Wars missions. The cool part is, that you also get the opportunity to purchase the Acid lab business after this mission for around 750k.

2. First Dose 1 – Welcome to the Troupe

You are introduced to the Fooliganz while they are defending the Ace Liquor, an abandoned building near the south shore of the Alamo Sea. There you have to defeat the attacking Lost MC members and reconquer a stolen caravan. After you got the the caravan back you’ll have to take it to an abandoned warehouse situated in the Mirror Park Railyard, close to the Casino. Future missions will be started from here, the Freakshop.

The missions is pretty straight forward as you only have to defeat some groups of enemies twice and defend a driving vehicle. Nevertheless the introduction cutscene is funny but also a bit weird at the same time and offers you a general idea of what you’ll have to deal with in the future.

3. First Dose 5 – Make War not Love

Dax calls the player to fight against the rivaling hippies. You are tasked to destroy some supplies in a trailer park while being attacked by the inhabiting hippies. After that you’ll have to destroy 3 delivery vans before traveling to the Altruist camp where you have to destroy more vehicles.

I really enjoyed the packed action in this mission although it gets a bit difficult towards the end of the mission. The mission targets can be completed pretty fast with a 4-player squad or a solo grenade launcher approach.

4. First Dose 4 – Uncontrolled Substance

You meet Dax and some members of his gang outside the Freakshop and are given some beer. After drinking it, it is revealed, that the bear had some Acid in it. You’ll find yourself in a wild drug trip with weird transitions.

The challenges you have to complete during the trip are pretty fun but the colorful overlay is quite annoying during some parts of the mission.

5. First Dose 3 – Fatal Incursion

The goal of the mission if to steal the meth supplies of the Lost MC from their lab at Millar’s Fishery, a place near the north shore of Alamo Sea. You’ll have to deal with some enemies and search the supplies scattered around the mission grounds. After successfully collecting all supplies you fly back to the Freakshop and have to land in a storm drain.

This mission is pretty annoying the first time you play it as you have no idea where all the meth supplies are situated which leads to a lot of time waste. We should also mention, that the final part of the mission, the Dodo flying and landing can be pretty hard for beginner players as planes are not the easiest to control.

6. First Dose 2 – Designated Driver

Dax tells the players to steal Lost MC supplies from the harbor terminal. You’ll have to pick up a truck to tow a trailer back to the freak shop. On the way back the trailer is destroyed and the players are tasked to the nearest Lost MC clubhouse to steal information and weed.

I don’t like the fact, that you aren’t able to successfully transport the trailer to the Freakshop which is suggested by the trailer health bar. This makes the second part of the mission feel a bit like a loss rather than a preprogrammed part. What I did really enjoy was the robbing animations while stealing from the Lost where your character is stacking all the drug bricks inside your bag.

Conclusion

Most of the First Dose missions are lots of fun but some of them are quite annoying. The missions are defenitely worth a playthrough but as they reward you with an additional 50 grand each if you complete them for the first time. After all of them you get 250k.

The cherry on top is that you also get access to the acid lab business if you choose to purchase it. The Freakshop in itself is also worth a look as it offers a weapon shop that is free to use.

The missions are given to you by Agent ULP situated at the yellow U in the middle of Los Santos. You as a player are hired as a IAA field operative to investigate, if the Duggan Family, some corrupt petrochemical magnates, has influenced oil prices. The family was first introduced to the game with the Diamond Casino & Resort update.

If you play through these chronologically this is the correct order:

• ULP – Extraction
• ULP – Asset Seizure
• ULP – Operation Paper Trail
• ULP – Cleanup

1. ULP – Cleanup

The Cleanup mission is the last of the 6 part story. The danger of an economic influence by the Duggans is over but you have to destroy the last backups inside a bunker in the mountains. Once you’re inside the bunker you’ll first have to restore the power before deleting backups from servers and saving it on your phone. While hacking the second server a failsafe mechanism is activated that leads to the players being attacked by juggernauts scattered throughout the complex. Complete the deletion proress and go outside where you need to take out a chopper before escaping to a IAA guarded location while being followed by enemies.

This mission is lots of fun but also quite scary when you’re playing it for the first time as the “sleeping juggernauts” at the beginning of the mission are master in scaring the sh*t out of you. Fighting your way through the bunker complex while hacking the servers really was a amazing end to the mission series.

2. ULP – Operation Paper Trail

ULP informs the players that they need to prevent a deal between the FIB and the Duggans that want to purchase a backup of Clifford, an AI to manipulate the market. You need to fight your way through a construction site and reach the top of a sky scraper. You can complete parts of the mission in stealth which makes it easier as the enemies don’t know you’re coming but you can also shoot everything in your sight. At the top of the building Mason Duggan is escaping with a helicopter. You need to follow him to another location where you need to take out more guards, eliminate him and drop off the briefcase with the backup to the IAA.

This is the challenging mission of all 6 as you really need to time your attacks if you want to complete the mission in stealth. Especially the fighting parts inside the building are quite hard to complete stealthy as there are enemies everywhere. What we really enjoy about the mission is that you get to jump of the sky scraper before following Mason Duggans helicopter. (Keep in mind that you need to press the left mouse button not the space bar to activate your parachute )

3. ULP – Counterintelligence

To gain more information about the FIB interactions you are tasked to hack some drones which will give you the location of a secret base. The traces lead the player to a motel where he needs to hack another computer. ULP realises too late that the base was a trap and the players are knocked out by gas. In the second half of the mission you need to drive a van with a bomb to a drop-off point while one player needs to defuse a bomb that was place inside the van.

This mission is quite boring at the start but the minigame at the end is quite fun. The first time we got trapped in the motel we where really surprised.

4. ULP – Intelligence

This missions introduces you to the ranks of the IAA with a pretty funny cutscene. After that you are tasked to steal intelligence from Mason Duggan through hacking his laptop. During the procress you learn that the Duggans made a deal with the FIB and two locations are displayed where you need to steal 2 hardware pieces each. After stealing all 4 of them you need to deliver them to the IAA.

What we really enjoyed about the missions is the inflitration of the FIB HQ, one of the hardware locations, where you have to disguise yourself and stealthly search through some heavily guarded offices. You need to approach situations tactically under the pressure of risking to trigger an alarm. The other location on the other hand is quite boring in comparison as you only need to enter a warehouse and shoot your way out of it at the end (if you fail to turn off the alarm first).

5. ULP – Asset Seizure

The Duggans want to relocate an AI which is used to manipulate the oil enconomy to a new location. The players first need to destroy 5 guarded signal jammers before securing a van with the equipment and delivering it to a drop off point.

The missions can be completed rather quickly if you’re playing with a full squad of friends but you need to watch out for the exploding signal jammers. Some locations are a pain in the ass to get to while other are really easy to complete. Nonetheless the final journey with the van is fun as you need to deal with pursuing Duggan members.

6. ULP – Extraction

The players are tasked to locate Agent Johnson, an undercover agent that stopped responding. You first need to search for coordinates in her garage and look for clues at different locations before driving to a final location. There you need to take car of enemies involved in a shootout between the Duggans and cartel soldiers while looking for Johnson. After the battle you need to loose your wanted level and transport the agent to the hospital.

The missions feels boring as it doesn’t reveal lots of new plot and also doesn’t involve much action except the shootout.

Conclusion

Most of the ULP missions are lots of fun but some of them are quite boring. The whole story is really interesting as it describes a scenario that might happen in the near future. The missions are defenitely worth a playthrough but not really made to grind for money as long as they aren’t boosted for double rp and money as they only give around 20.000$ each.
